Emma Marin brings a blend of empathy, organization, and a passion for patient care to her role as Patient Care Coordinator at our aesthetics practice. With over five years of experience in the aesthetics industry, Emma is dedicated to ensuring that every patient has a smooth and positive experience from their initial consultation to their final follow-up appointment.
Emma has completed specialized training in customer service and patient relations within the medical spa setting. Her journey in the aesthetics field began as a receptionist, where her ability to connect with patients and manage complex schedules quickly made her a standout team member.
In her current role, Emma is the first point of contact for our patients, providing detailed information about our services, answering questions, and coordinating appointments. She works closely with our clinical team to ensure that patient care is seamless and personalized, taking the time to understand each patient’s unique needs and concerns.
Known for her warm, friendly demeanor and excellent communication skills, Emma excels at creating a welcoming environment for our patients. She is adept at managing multiple tasks efficiently, ensuring that all patient inquiries are addressed promptly and that every visit to our practice is a positive one.
Outside of the office, Emma enjoys snowboarding. She is also pursuing further education to enhance her skills and better serve our patients.
